I panicked when I first got it because the bottom of the cover looks like it might have been trimmed (the words are cut off a little). But I looked around and it seems like that might be fairly common for this issue. It's also the same size as other bronze age comics I have. I wonder if a press and clean would help this much, seems like it might. Staples are tight, it lays flat, and nothing seems to be missing.
