Completed form, ready to submit, where are my credits? 2 2

Joined as a premier member Completed form for grading and pressing, have entered payment, am ready to submit, don't see any of the $150 in credits or 10% Tier credits. where are they? Will they show up if I continue past the payment page?

Unfortunately, this account data does not transfer over for the submission. IMO, this is an easy fix for a competent DBA.  The fix would create a more efficient work flow and a better customer experience.

just completed my 2nd order and I don't see any credits or 10% discounts applied, how is this done?  as I said, I've completed and paid for 2nd order, help!!
