Do mailing stickers on Nintendo Power magazines negatively affect the grade? 1 1

Most nintendo power magazines I see have the shipping/mailinig/address label stuck somewhere on the front or back cover.  I even see sealed ones that had them put on before they were sealed.  Does this hurt the grade by itself?  Or perhaps if the stick is directly center of the front cover or hiding an important piece of the artwork?  Thanks!

I would assume "no", because it seems like common 'defect'. Kind of like a store stamp or distributor's ink.
