Submission acknowledgement received again for same order? 1 1

Hi, this is new to me and want to check if this is the norm. I just got another CGC submission acknowledgement for a book I submitted for signing and not sure why.

I submitted a book for a private signing which included a press.  (submission # 3797055 / CGC0964929495) and I received an initial submission acknowledgement, credit card acknowledgement for book and a CCS credit card acknowledgement back in March and the order showed in my submission with status of Received.  Today I received another submission acknowledgement for same order.  Why?  Is this maybe saying pressing is done and then passed back for grading so it is an acknowledgement of that?

Good morning,

You do receive a second email once the submission is moved from CCS to CGC to start the grading process.  It is basically just to alert you that it is now on the CGC side and starting the grading process.
