Does CGC still meet the 15 business day turnaround time for express tier?

I have done 3 express submissions. You have to keep in mind that the sub grades add time too. But all 3 of mine in the last 60 days have been completed within the time frame or shorter.

I just had one that finished up today. It was marked receive 4/8 and Finalized/Imaged/Shipped 4/30. They currently quote a turnaround of 17 business days on Express. Mine was shipped back the 16th business day after being marked as received so pretty much right on the money. Standard on the other hand is well beyond the quoted 31 business days.
