Greetings all.

I found this Batman 189 in a mystery box kind of a situation at an estate sale.

It was unbagged and unboarded:frustrated: and stored vertically in a plastic basket with other like condition books.

I would appreciate your professional opinions on the estimated grade. I am considering whether or not it is worth slabbing under the new economy tier.
