Hi guys, I was wondering if anyone else is having the same issues and has some type of update they could share with me because a month without any updates is keeping me anxious. My package has been "In Transit, Arriving Late" for a month now with no updates to tracking. I've called my local post office and they said it was sent out. Also contacted the Sarasota office and they said the package is at the distribution center before they get to their office. This was about 2 weeks ago.  Will I have to file a claim? I have a little under a month left before the deadline to file but I wasn't told that they lost the package rather it was still at the previous facility.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I actually found that CGC has received my package but they just haven't opened it.

USPS did this once to me as well.... My package was at CGC but USPS didn't scan/update my tracking info till a couple weeks later...

ya for some reason its taking them months to log a package into their system.
