Since this is the first time I've bid in one, do they have the rep that Heritage does for the infamous "bump" ?

 

I noticed heavy activity on a issue that I had bid on. Extremely high activity. While this issue and title had received a lower CGC grade than the majority of the other issues of the same title, it has received 6X the bidding action in the last few hours.
