Question about new rates 0

Hi. I recently saw the rates for new submissions went up. In my CGC submission cart, I finished my submission but never submitted it until today. I was able to checkout with the old rates and got my order number. Do I still qualify for the old rates if you receive it before the deadline?

Technically you do not. It is very possible they will be changed to the new rates when received.

Id give cgc a call. They told me that I would be put on a list and charged the old pricing.
