One of the books received back was mislabeled. I sent a message thru the CGC website and have not yet received a response. I correctly inputted the book; CGC incorrectly relabeled it. 

Is there a return form I need to fill out to send it back, or do I just go thru the process of sending the book back as a submission? thanks.

Good morning,

I'm sorry to hear about the error on the label.  When did you email about it?  Due to the very high volume of emails coming in at the moment it can sometimes take a couple of days to hear back via email.  I would just call our customer service department and provide them with the certification number and information and then the rep that you speak with can just send you the instructions and a shipping label to send it back.  Our phone number is 877-662-6642.
