Avenger's #4 - $3,100 - $3,000 - Rare WP and 5.0 sold for $3,400

Fantastic Four #52: $4,750 $4,500 STEAL of a price - WP and Signed by Stan Lee, 7.5 OW just sold for $4,005 

JIM Annual #1: $2,000 no drop due to confirmed payment plan buyer, this is the lowest - I have already had multiple offers on HA for $1,600

Price drops and prices are now considered relatively firm.
