Alex Maleev Daredevil Art Day + where was it published? 1 1

Hi Folks,

I just uploaded this great Maleev DD half splash to my CAF gallery - CAF Link here

The seller bought it from Anthony Snyder as art from the Daredevil: End of Days miniseries.  But I didn't see the page in the book. Does anyone know where this was used?

And I have already asked Maleev and his current rep and didn't hear back, so the obvious step is done and now I'm relying on the power of the internet!
