Slight foil tick in spine. How much will this effect the grade?

Just picked up a few SIKTC #1 foil edition.  2 came perfect but 3 have 1 or 2 very small ticks where a little foil is missing.  Not a bend at all.  Whats are your thoughts on a grade it could get.  This is also my first post on here so please let me know if I am breaking any rules with this post.  THank you!

Here are the grading standards, you can see that very small imperfections in higher grade books make a big difference, especially if they break color.
