Average time between receiving and opening submissions 0

Hello, I recently sent a submission of comics which was received by you guys a little over 3 weeks ago. I understand there is apparently quite a backlog so I’m not worried or anything, but I was just wondering if you have an estimate on how long it’s taking to open/enter submissions into the system. Good morning,

Thanks for your message. We don't have a specific average as the time it takes really just depends on how much mail we have coming in on any given day.  Right now we are opening mail from the week of April 12th so it will probably be at least 3-4 weeks from the received date before you would see the submission in your account.

yeah...not true....Mine has been five weeks from being delivered and has not been 'received' in submissions.
