Update to the X-Men #40

I noticed that I missed that the book has the slightest bit of a sub crease that is very difficult to see. Surprisingly it only starts the middle of the way down (by Frankensteins arm) above that its clean.

Therefore I am dropping the grade/price a bit. Picture added in the main post. Sorry again for the misdirection!
