Hey there-

I was recently gifted this comic and I cannot for the life of me figure out who the third autograph is... I obviously recognize both Fabian Nicieza and Tony Daniel... but does anyone know who the third signature at the bottom is?

Could be very wrong here but looks like the sixth doctor who actor here is mine of him,there are similarities but not sure  and why would he have signed that book?
