just wanted to give y’all  a heads up do not buy from eBay seller 1st.and.keys I bought a graded book from him. It was never delivered and the tracking shows it was returned to him because it was damaged in transport but he refused to give me my refund thank fully eBay stepped in and took care of me and made it right he has great reviews and no bad feedback which is head scratching

Can you expand on the "refused to give me my refund"? Was there communication between the two of you?

He can't refuse to give you a refund if you went through the eBay system.

I seem to recall 1st and keys having some kind of previous controversy attached to their name. I can't recall the exact details but I know it wasn't positive.
