Fantastic Four Annual #2 Origin of Doom 4.0

Small tear near bottom left fc, multiple creases consistent with grade. Cover tight to spine. Pages nice, although 3 inner pages have a < 1 inch tear from the edge (see last pic). Book appears to be on the rise, numerous sales on ebay in all grades: raw 2.0’s at $200, raw 4.0 at $400, CGC 3.0’s at $300. My price: $325
