15 in 9.4.....13 in 9.6......3 in 9.8. Front cover is a 9.2. This guy is smoking some strange stuff. I'd be stunned if the book ($15 bucks raw) made $40. Although I have heard that double covers do bring a premium of 45x smirk.gif
