Got convinced the X-Men were cool by someone I worked with around 1980 and bought a bunch forward and backwards for a few years. They haven’t seen sunlight in 35 years until I just took them out to decide whether I should keep them for posterity. I am new to all the grading, cleaning pressing stuff so just trying to learn. I think most of the books I have seem really pretty nice but I’d appreciate any opinions as I will post a few books. Trying to figure out what I have. I'm hesitant calling anything 9.8 without the book in hand, but I'll say it looks to be a solid 9.6 with potential. One little paper bend or a finger smudge can make a big difference in value.. A copy of this book graded at 9.8 recently sold on ebay for $400.00 dollars whereas a 9.6 sold for around $120.00.
