how do i estimate my price for s book being submitted

Estimated price is what it's valued at prior to grading. Simply put it's insurance so cgc knows what is owed if they lose or damage the book. Once the book price is placed at a high enough value you will have to move into a more expensive tier. It has nothing to do with the outcome of the grade. That part is completely up to the condition of the book. Hope this helps.

Thank you. So if i submit a book in standard tier, but it gets a grade that puts the Fair market value at a lower tier ( Like , would I get charged the lower tier ?

Nope.  They're happy to bump it up to a higher tier, but the reverse is not true.
