Pressing Giant-size X-men #1 and its staples 0

Giant-size X-men #1 has an odd stapling arrangement.  If I submit, do CCS remove the staples before pressing or do they have a method of pressing that leaves the staples in place?  I suppose my question is can CCS safely press Giant-size X-men #1?

Thanks for your message.  We would not remove staples from a book.  Your best bet, if you are not sure if your book can or should be pressed, would be to utilize our screening service and we can screen the book ahead of time to see if it would be a good candidate.  Screening is $15 minimum or 1% of the declared value, whichever is greater.
