1. Action Comics #48 

On average you guys were way harsh on this book. It's got flaws but it's a pretty nice one. In hand I had it as a 5.5/6.0 tweener... GA bump for the win.

I agonised between 5.5 and 6.0 and almost gave it the bump  :cry:
