ASM #361 Production Tears 1 1

Hi all,

Looking at this issue of ASM #361 with the small production tears along the bottom edge...wondering how these are factored in when grading and if people have had this book come back with 9.2+ grades even with this production flaw. Thanks!

Acceptable up to 9.8 grade. The problem is that it's very tough to find this in 9.8 grade without that MFG defect.

They are not factored in the grade up until 9.8. Mine came back 9.6
