ASM 365 Holo Foil grading question

Hello,

I have a question on how the condition of holo-foils on covers affects the grading.

I have a ASM 356, that in great condition for sure NM quality (IMO). However the holo-foil has scratching on it, best I can tell  is it's production/shipping related and not from handling as the rest of the book is scratch free. How would this affect the grading of a book, especially if they are production related? I've seen a lot of ASM 365s with similar scratching or buff marks even distorted hole-images but I don't know if its a know production problem or not or just the effects of ageing.
