I can confirm that this is usually indexed as Mr Steel #3. No idea if that implies the existence of a #1 or #2, however; this is only one I've ever seen. I do know that Alain Pilon also had Mr Steel content in Casual Casual Graphix Magazine #17, in case someone were to care about that, for some reason.
