Do the gripper tears on the front pages, back back pages and on the back cover have an impact on the grade?

the "grippers' are production related and will not impact the grade

I think there is a moderate amount wear around the staples and edges of the book. It look closer to 7.5 to me, but CGC has been pretty forgiving with their grading lately.

No, as long as they haven't been amplified through handling. They are a known manufacturing defect for this issue.

This copy has moderate(-) edge and spine wear with staple stress. A lot of it won't press out.

I've always wondered if that is a good thing or not. Good in the sense that I don't have to send it off and pay somebody to put it in it's "best" condition or bad because it can't really be improved lol.
