Is this plastic supposed to be visible? 0

Is this normal or correct? I received two books from a recent submission where there is a piece of plastic visible in the back of the holder. It looks like it should be inside the book and instead is on the outside. Attached is an example picture. I do not see the same in the other 23 books I got back in the same submission.

That is called a wedge. It is used for comics that don't exactly fit right. No worries.

Yes, it's just a wedge to keep certain sized books for moving excessively in the case.
