CGC premium discount on grading devices (10%) 0

I’ve recently upgraded my membership level, however it’s been more than a week and my discount for submissions has not been applied. It was 5% with the apprentice level, and after upgrading all submissions are full price. Please advise.

Hah, I think you got punked.  The submission discounts were discontinued for new memberships (and I guess upgraded)  at the premium level when they did the price changes on 4/28.  Did you upgrade to Premium or Elite?  Elite still gets you 10% off grading tiers.
