I nearly remembered this book was in my collection till last week. Ive been hearing/seeing so much about this book because of the MCU, So I looked ups ebay sold prices in the 1.0 range and was blown away,

Restored CGC 1.0 $386 in jul

raw 1.0 with heavy water damage for $260 in jul

Both of these are roughly the same shape as mine, so I thought why not sell it? Plus I just won a book tonight and selling this would be a big help toward that book.

Avengers 8 .5 incomplete Fair- cover detached but reattached with archival tape, wrong back cover, pieces missing on front and back cover, paper loss on spine

I will ask $300 shipped and fully insured in the CONUS 

But I will also take offers as well as I really would like to sell it here on the boards!

It was brought to my attention thats this has a wrong back cover! So price drop accordingly.
