Its actually a poorly drawn right hand which is even worse.  They screwed up the web area between thumb and index finger.  So many good artists never get hired by marvel so many bad artists do.

Here's a good one with two points. Very early in his Marvel career, this giant was later teased by John Buscema and John Romita Sr. for a boo boo he made.

Who knows the artist and the mistake? Took me a while to see it.

Ehh, I think that Todd guy wound up doing alright for himself.  Even the "beloved" Kirby did a similar arm gaffe on the cover of FF 3.
