Marvel Age #19 1984

Includes the now infamous column publicly airing Marvel's grievances regarding the planned DC/Marvel JLA/Avengers crossover. Giordano, DC's editor at the time, responded to this in DC's "Meanwhile" column titled "Justice League of America vs. The Avengers: Death of the Dream," which appeared in THE FLASH #341, BATMAN AND THE OUTSIDERS #17, and SUN DEVILS #7 (possibly more issues published by DC in Jan 1985).
