PGM Batman 423 - Scans 4 4

Picked up a Batman 423 2nd print at a con for what I felt was a nice price for the condition. I'm always trying to improve my grading, and I appreciate the insights from this group. I'll post scans and what I think is the grade - please tell me if/why I'm right or wrong. Thanks!

So, I'm seeing multiple color-breaking spine tics, color rub in the upper left front on the DC logo, a little color rub apparent on the back cover, a slight ragged edge on the front upper right top cover (above the "R" in Decarlo), and a soft lower left corner (looking from the front). Is this around a 7.0? Or is that too harsh?

Also, before someone calls out the apparent color-breaking scratch on the lower right front cover in Batman's cape:

That mark is on every single 2nd print of this book that I've ever seen. I ended up getting a 2nd print CGC 9.6 of this awhile ago for a decent price, and I almost didn't buy it because of that mark, but I looked at a ton of other books, and it's always there in my experience.
