Looks nice except for the missing piece on the back. He has the missing piece,  does it matter if its sent  to CGG?

It won't make a difference if you send the piece in...and I would not be surprised in the copy graded at 3.0...it presents very nicely

Yeah, about 3.0.

Send in the torn piece and maybe it can be slabbed in place with the rest of the comicbook. Or it could get lost.

3.5 to 4.0 due to the large back cover tear and the spotting on the back that may have been from food on someone's fingers or the comic place on a dirty surface.

Shame, as the front cover looks nice.

+/-  0.5. 3.0 is a good starting point

3.5/4.0.  The missing piece is a non-issue.  Keep it or don't keep it.  CGC won't  do anything with it.

This is one of those cases where the eye appeal and overall presentation of the book far exceeds the technical grade, which unfortunately is 3.0 due to the very large missing chunk out of the back cover. I'd keep the piece with the book no matter what you decide to do with it. If the piece is re-attached, I would imagine the resulting copy would be less valuable than just a blue label 3.0.
