I’m looking at purchasing a ww2 propaganda style comic.  But im not super knowledgeable on these.    
 

Any input on the prices/desirability of either of these books?   
 

All new #4 asking price - 400

captain marvel adventures #21  asking price -600

 

startling comics #27   Asking price - 600

The price would be OK on the Startling 27 if the pages were nicer, but it looks like it says "Light Tan to Off-White Pages." I'd hold out for a copy with nicer pages.

The price on the CMA is OK considering the high prices that everything has been fetching this year; it would have been a $200 book tops before the pandemic. It's a very common book.

I'd go for the All-New #4 because it's a tougher book than the other two and the price isn't crazy.

I would go with the ALL-New at $400 over the other two, long term good buy
