Looks 9.0ish but we need to see an un-cropped scan.

Scan does not look cropped at all look carefully at bottom right corner its clearly all there.

I thought the print run was either 6K or 12K compared to number 1 at 3k.

 

I'm sure someone will correct this statement soon now that it's posted.

According to NinjaTurtles.com, the second print of issue 1 had a 15,000 issue print run (versus 3,000 for the first printing).

 

"A second printing of the comic went to the printers and sold out its print run of 15,000 copies"

As I said, the memory has faded. So I was correct on the 3K for the first print.
