How does this affect the grade

Ok so in my quest to become a better grader, I came across a New Mutants book that was perfectly sharp with deep colors and seemed near flawless.....until I turned it over to find these.

 

 

So I suspect these ink markings came from the printing process, but my question is how many points should I lower the book for these? Can this book still be a 9.4 with those kinds of markings on the rear cover?

I replied to this in the cpg forum also. So, whichever you see first. But, it won't affect it till it hits the 9.8 range or above.
