Greetings, I'm a newbie at CGC.  My submission was received on 9/7/21 and the status has never changed - it just says Received at CCS.

Has it been scheduled yet for screening?  Or is it waiting for pressing?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your message.  For specific details about your order, you can contact our customer service department at 877-662-6642 or by email at submissions@cgccomics.com.  Screening for CCS does take an additional 30 business days or so and then the Walkthrough turnaround time for CCS would be an additional 29 business days. CGC Services & Fees | CGC (cgccomics.com)  If you have not received any contact from CCS regarding your order not passing screening then that means it was moved into regular CCS pressing.  We will only reach out if the book does not pass the screening process.

Tom did you do fast track pressing and grading or the normal lead time? Because if you are doing standard modern or economy without fast track you could be looking at up to 200 working days just for pressing and then another 100 to 156 working days for grading. I have a book there for fast track CCS since 06/03/21 and that is about 130 days so far and still there. You may be looking at well in to 2022 before you see much happening. Now you might get lucky and it moves sooner but I wouldn't hold my breath.

But if you did fast track then you can just about cut that down to around 200 working days.
