Size of original comic art. And any good frames? 0

I have a few pages from the Sara P era of Witchblade from Image/Top Cow. Around the late #160s from 2013. I was looking at frames and want to get he sizes right. Does 17.05 inches in height and 12 inches wide seem right for the entire page? Not just the art area, the boarders as well. Also is there good places to get frames for these?
