Please grade my FF #112 (damned black cover)

Look at back cover. Bottom right corner. Front Minor breaks and what appears to be very light crease on botton right corner. It keeps it from 9.0. If this were gold it would be 8.0. But since it is Silver. 8.5. However, if I collected this comic I would be very happy with it. Very nice clean cover.

Ok, now i can tell you:

 

This is certainly the first time i buy a non certified comic that is undergraded by the seller:

 

Ebay auction: FANTASTIC FOUR N° 112 - superbe numéro

 

On Ebay France, you don't see this very often.

I took my chance despite the fact that the picture on the auction was really small.

 

I think this comic is somewhere between 8.0 and 9.0 thumbsup2.gif

Sorry if anyone thinks this is low.

 

Impact damage on the back cover hurts and the top corner is really bad.

If I was selling I just couldn't call a comic with that much damage on the spine corners a full VF.

 

Then there is the foxing the length of the spine. frown.gif

 

That drops it from VF- to FVF IMO. sorry.gif

The flaws are really amplified on the picture. The colors brightness/contrast has been adjusted and i have used the "sharpen" function of my paint shop pro software.

The book in my hands is very nice, even with this impact damage.

that's what i thought too...no way this puppy is below an 8.0...
