Scooby Do #1 grading question 0

Hello all. I have a Scooby Do #1 I’m thinking about getting graded. It has 4 very small holes that go through the book. Would these be considered the same as binder punch holes when being graded?

First of all, it's "Doo" not "Do".

If they go all the way through the book, I expect the grade would be similar to a book with punch holes, yes.
