Ren and Stimpy was bizarre even as a kid. Still is as an adult. Weirder still, they made an adults only version of it.

when I saw teens wearing those I would always say hey your pants are ripped.  Or guys saggin I would say hey your pants are falling off.  they thought this was funny.
