One guy here in Oz was training to be a tattooist. He asked if he could give a mate a free back piece (they were drinking and.... other things iirc). He then went on to just draw a massive childlike male genitalia completely covering his back. He got criminally charged and jailtime for it, plus a lawsuit for removal costs. Problem was, again iirc because of its placement it couldn't be lasered off completely at the time (could have also been his skin type, I don't recall), so the poor guy is going to have remnants of it forever. I mean, he was a fool for accepting it, but he was trying to help a friend.
