After much thinking about Halloween costumes, I think I've concluded the following:

Incorrect: "Who are you dressing up as?" (ending on a preposition)

Incorrect: "As whom are you dressing up?" (still ending on a preposition)

Incorrect: "As whom are you up dressing?" (incorrect adverb association)

Correct: "Up as whom are you dressing?"

I vaguely remembered you being on the up and up via the Englase'  

I didn't recall if you majored in it or were a teacher? I think it was a degree

I've had a hard time remembering the "extra" I was taught, and college wasn't all that long ago; although, if not put into practice quickly it does lose the muscle memory. Nothing is worse than being asked a question, that you know but you forgot!
