Awesome! Good ole' Neal had some of those copies and that issue early on in my comic con attending. He even had a tamperproof Neal Adams sticker for authentication. I had no time to find a slabbing company, so I got a copy of that ASM and a DK III #1. I eventually gave them away during holiday raffles I believe :) 

You always remember your first :x I've got rid of some of my firsts too lol 

It is a cool cover though :)
