CGC decided to do another pay to give Universal grade of 10's , 9.9's, and 9.8's to some Black Flag books from last year that had an aftermarket acetate cover done by Clayton Crane that was stapled to those existing books. 

Rightfully most of the board members are pizzed. We sub our books and wait a year to get chit grades with no notes and crap in the case, but they staple new covers and get all high grades..
