How much does taped 2 inch rip in back cover affect grade? 3 3

I have come across this FF49 that the cover looks great but has this taped rip on back cover?  How much will this affect the grade?

It would improve the appearance but may not affect the grade.

The tape is actually helping structurally so I wouldn’t remove it.  4.0 tops. 👍
