I was charged but no movement on my order.. 1 1

I have 2 bulk orders (sub and no sub) that moved to G/E/I in early December and I was charged for them on 12/16/21 and 12/20/21. The grading status hasn’t changed and it’s been almost a month since then. From my previous orders I was charged around the time the orders are being finalized and about to ship, but for this order i was charged quite early in grading it seems like. Can I get some insight into why this happened and will a get my orders soon?

@CGC Mike When did they revert back to pay up front policy? With the increased turnaround times they put that on hold so that people wouldn't have funds tied up for a year. I remember Paul S. confirmed that awhile ago.
