I recently saw a Youtube video where the poster referenced a page they said was on CGC with a set of photos with descriptions of flaws.  But I can't find it on the actual site?  Is it still there, was it ever?

Thanks for your email.  I'm not aware of this page on our website. The only page that I know of is on the CCS page there is a section that shows different defects that pressing can help with. CCS Pressing | CGC (cgccomics.com)

Overstreet's grading guide is indispensable regarding various flaws with photo examples (as well as their general effect on grade).  
Highly recommended.
