No real creases, tears or significant structural defects. Staples look nice and tight.

 

Colors are pretty nice, but those thumb prints, smudges in the black detract quite a bit. Scuffing and dirty, but structurally sound.

 

The spine has a little wear and roughness to it as does the bottom edge.

 

Good ....Easy

VG........Easy

Fine......6.0 max.....without those black smudges, I'd go upward of 6.5. I can't call it any lower as there are no creases to speak of.

VF........Nope

NM.......Nope

Look guys the cover torn. Can't you see it! It right smack dab in the middle. It's so big a Batmobile can drive through it. With a torn cover like that you can't give it more than a 3.0.
